The OlbrichCo story
Forty-seven years of building, from civic infrastructure to urban housing
OlbrichCo began in 1979 under registration number 468. What followed is more than a list of figures: a continuous record spanning water, roads, education and healthcare through to large-scale housing.
Our path
Growth grounded in delivery
The earliest projects in the company register are the Noshin village water network in 1980, Hazrat Fatimah School in Urmia in 1981, and Urmia’s urban side streets in 1982. The portfolio soon expanded to larger infrastructure, including the floating dock at Chabahar Port.
In the decades that followed, the work grew from education and healthcare buildings to roads, bridges, housing and mixed-use developments. The company register documents projects in Urmia, Chabahar, Qom, Tabriz, Shiraz, Khorramabad, Pardis and other Iranian cities.
Today, the Bukan and Pardisan housing projects and the Shahid Esrafili mixed-use development in Urmia continue that path: combining delivery experience, public-project knowledge and the ability to work at different scales.
